i’m trying to get a head start on my annual christmas ep recording so i did a little recording in my “studio closet.” as you can see, the closet is getting ready for a change (those are mary’s extra clothes here for storage until she moves in post wedding…)

last night my parents are in town :( we just hung around rebekah and ryan’s tonight, it was very nice. and i snagged this photo of jackson’s toy “attacking” my dad.

my parents and daniel are in town for a few days this week! they came up and checked out my office and took me out to lunch. here’s mom (grandma) with jackson.

after going the last 1/2 year or so without a watch, i am back on team-wrist-watch. i got a great deal on this skagen super slim 858XLS. it is by far the nicest watch i’ve ever had!

i had the honor of playing a song at the 4th anniv. for music city unsigned/bye bye jon dicus show tonight at the brand new 3rd and lindsley. it was a great night with tons of delicious music from local artists.

jackson is so active now… always moving. i think he’s going to skip crawling and head right into walking.

mary and i headed to huntsville, alabama for the day. she had to take a praxis exam, and i just hung out in a coffee shop :) before stopping by to see her cousin and family, we stalked my grandparents old house. lots of great memories there!
